BREIFAIX RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts within 30 days of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, in its original packaging, unused and in pristine condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


RETURNS (If applicable)
To return your product, please email us immediately, and we will send you our postal address for returns. You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 


DAMAGES AND ISSUES (If applicable)
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@breifaix.co.uk, and we will resolve this for you on a case-by-case basis. Please make sure you have photographic evidence to help us process your claim as quickly as possible. We may ask that the damaged item be returned or disposed of.

Please note, we don’t offer exchanges, and we cannot accept returns on sale items.


REFUNDS (If applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will email you to confirm this and then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This can take up to 5 working days from the date we receive the return.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (If applicable)
If you don't receive your refund and it's been 10 working days since you received our email, then you'll need to contact us at info@breifaix.co.uk
